Early Bird Fitness Challenges for Grades 1-3

Who: 1st - 3rd Grade Students

When: Tuesday Mornings from Oct. 17-Nov. 21, 2017

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:25 a.m.

Activities: Jumping Rope (Long & Short), Jogging (Inside or Outside), Sit-Up / Push-Up / Pull-Up / Chin-Up Challenges, Fitness Lab (Grades 2 & 3), Basketball

Attire: Comfortable clothing and sneakers/safe shoes

Just Drop In: No pre-registration required

 

Parents/Guardians are asked to escort participating children to the gym.  At 8:25, children will be sent on to classrooms for the start of the school day.
