Yesterday our Art students had a fabulous time at the Yale University Art Gallery and were allowed special access to an off-limits print study room to view works by Alfred Stieglitz, a photographer that they are currently studying, that are not on public display. Mrs. Winalski was particularly taken by the print of The Steerage in the collection the museum selected for our tour. Some of you may recognize this very significant photo from the early 20th century.
