Center School is celebrating “Reading for the Love of It”. all month during February!
We will be combining World Read Aloud Day (February 1st) and Read Across America Day (Dr. Seuss’s birthday, March 2nd) for a fun filled month of reading celebrations!
Here is a peak at what’s happening this month!
· A book quote wall will be going up in the main lobby: Students are picking their favorite quotes during library!
· A reading themed door decorating contest: students will be working in groups all month to decorate the doors in the building with a reading theme.
· A special school-wide read aloud assembly-
· Dress like your favorite book character day on March 2nd!
· Individual classroom activities.
